What is the Infinite Campus Parent Portal?

Infinite Campus is Okoboji CSD's Student Information System, or SIS. One of the features of Infinite Campus is the Parent Portal, which allows parents and guardians to access grades, attendance, food service and other demographic data using a secure login. Additionally, the Parent Portal will be used each year to complete our Online Registration process and to pay Registration Fees. Each family can set up an account to access this data for all children living in the household. Additionally, students in 5th-12th grade can access the Infinite Campus Student Portal using their Okoboji CSD network credentials.

How do I get started?

To access the Parent Portal, you will need your Campus Portal Activation Key. The key is a unique 32 character code that matches you to your students within Infinite Campus. If you are new to the district, or don't have your activation key, please fill out the form linked below. Due to data security reasons, we will not be giving the activation keys over the phone. We need to be sure that the person requesting access, is who they say they are and have a legal right to access data for students in our district.

Create your account

To create your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account, please read through and follow the steps outlined below:

1. Navigate to https://iacloud1.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/okoboji.jsp 

2. Click the "New User?" link below the Login Button.

3. Type your Campus Portal Activation Key in the box. You can copy and paste this directly from the email that you received.

4. After entering your Campus Portal Activation Key correctly, you will be prompted to create a username and password to access the Parent Portal.

Complex, tricky passwords are not always strong passwords and they're hard to remember! For example, TheBr0wnC@t is a stronger password than !@#$%&() because TheBr0wnC@t uses a combination of character types and is long, whereas !@#$%&() uses only symbols and is short. A computer program can crack !@#$%&() easier than it can crack TheBr0wnC@t. Stronger yet is a passphrase like The Br0wn C@t because it is longer.

If you are having difficulty creating a strong password, making it nine characters or longer is often helpful. Try creating a short sentence or passphrase so it is easy to remember. Be sure to include punctuation, numbers, letters, and symbols where it makes sense.

Once everything has been completed, you will receive a message stating that your Campus Portal account creation was successful. Please remember to keep your Campus Portal Activation Key and Username and Password in a safe place.
