    Okoboji Community School District has shifted to online registration platform. We will be sending out more information about online registration to all families in the upcoming weeks. This page will be updated as new information is gathered, so please check back soon.

    The annual update window will open on July 18th for all returning families.

  • NEW FAMILIES


    If you currently have no children enrolled at Okoboji Community Schools, complete the following:

    STEP 1 - REGISTER YOUR STUDENT(S) AT THE DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION BUILDING

    1. Set-up an appointment time to come complete the registration process by calling 712-338-4757

    2. Ensure you have all necessary documentation needed to register your student(s) including previous school contact information for records requests.

    3. During the registration appointment, you may fill out an application to see if you may qualify for Free or Reduced Meals. Please be prepared to provide information about your household members and income for this process. The application will be processed during this appointment and you'll have confirmation of your qualification status before leaving.

    4. Be prepared to pay registration fees for your students at this time. A full fee schedule can be found below on this page.

    5. The District Administration Building is at 1205 7th Street in Milford.

     

  • EXISTING FAMILIES


    If you currently have children enrolled at Okoboji Community Schools and you have an Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account, complete the following:

    STEP 1 - ONLINE REGISTRATION

    ***No Portal Account, No Problem!! Click HERE to request an Infinite Campus Portal Account***

    1. Login to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal and find the link on the left side menu called "Online Registration"

    2. Complete the Online Registration Application. You will have the option to print a summary of the application for your records. Once you have printed the summary, be sure to click the SUBMIT button at the very end of the process to ensure your application is submitted. You will receive an email confirmation at several points throughout the process to keep you informed of any changes to the status of your submitted application.

    3. If at any time you need assistance with the application, you can SAVE your progress and send an email to campusportal@okobojischools.org and we'll be happy to help you. Please include your first and last name and a phone number that you can be reached at so we can assist you in completing the Online Registration Application.

    STEP 2 - COMPLETE FREE AND REDUCED MEAL APPLICATION

    1. If you believe you may qualify for Free or Reduced meals, we strongly encourage you to complete the Free and Reduced Meal Application prior to paying any school fees. Qualifying for free or reduced meals will also allow you to receive free or reduced instructional fees.

      There are Free and Reduced Meal Application materials at the bottom of the enrollment web page in their respective folder. You may complete and print the forms yourself and mail them in or come to the District Administration Building (1205 7th Street) to complete the entire process.     STEP 3 - PAY FEES

    1. Normal registration fees have been assigned through Infinite Campus and are available on the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to pay using an e-Check or major credit card. In addition, you can pay with cash or check at the District Administration Building (1205 7th Street, Milford). All fees will need to be paid before the first day of school. The fee schedule can be found in the folders below.

    2. Additionally, at this time, you will have the ability to add Lunch Money to your Family Lunch Account and purchase Student and Adult Activity Tickets through the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
